BLA Settlement Engine

Notice pay follows the BLA tenure/union engine. Gratuity is a scheme estimate from knobs on Pay → PF & gratuity (multiplier, minimum completed years, wage basis). Unset knobs refuse by name — this product will not invent a Labour Act day-count. Paid only on a settled termination.

NBR TDS Compliance

Section 86 average-rate TDS computed per payroll run using reviewed tax rules. Prepare tax certificates and payroll records for adviser review; NBR filing remains a separate step.

Gazette Monitor

Tax slab rules and circular changes tracked from the official Bangladesh Gazette. Updated rate tables are surfaced for review; a payroll admin pastes confirmed values before the next run.

Bilingual UI (EN / বাংলা)

Employee self-service screens now render in English or Bangla first: mobile home, profile, punch, and leave request. Broader dashboard localization continues in staged rollout.

Form 108 / 108A

Form 108 is the annual salary/TDS statement from posted payroll. Form 108A is the employer statement of employees’ income-tax return filings (TIN, filing date, NBR serial). Unset fields print NOT ON FILE. Neither e-files with NBR.
