This is the privacy notice for the Talent 1.0 workspace at this URL. It is an invite-only hire-to-pay product for one organization, not a public consumer service.
Who this covers
Talent 1.0 stores records that your organization needs to hire, employ, and pay people in Bangladesh. Accounts are created by an administrator. There is no public registration.
What is processed
Depending on your role, the workspace may hold names, work emails, employment and payroll fields, attendance and leave, uploaded identity or contract documents, and audit events that record who changed what. Candidate applications submitted through a published careers page are stored for that hiring process.
Who can see it
Data stays in this tenant workspace and is shown to signed-in users according to their role. Operators who host the deployment may access the system to keep it running. Talent 1.0 does not sell personal data.
Sign-in cookie
After you sign in, the product sets a session cookie so the browser can stay authenticated. Signing out revokes that session. The cookie is not used for advertising.
Requests
Ask your HR or workspace administrator if you need access changed, a record corrected, or an account disabled. This notice is operational information, not legal advice.
